Cookies
How can I tell people that I knit when Ji Yuan has not a single handknit wool sweater to wear to school this really cold winter? I forced my fickle self to focus, put down all the other 'just started' and 'half dones' to work single-mindedly (well, almost, except for the crochet scarf) to work on the Cookie Sweater from Miss Bea's Rainy Day. Whew! Finished just in time for last weekend's cold weather but Ji Yuan still caught a cold. The sweater took 6 skeins of Steinbach Wolle Thick Merino.

I love the sweater, I bet your son is a little gentleman in the sweater. :) I have never knit my son a sweater yet. :( Yes, you are right, how can I tell anyone that I knit anything when my son doesn't have any made by me. LOL It's hard though, because recently he knows what he likes and what he doesn't like. I would be sad when I finally make one, and he doesn't like it. LOL Well actually it happened before... I made him a vest and he never worn it again after he wore it just once for me. :( Poor me... LOL

Lately I am into making things with little cost. LOL I got my new bag up on my blog so please visit if you would like. ;) Happy crocheting :D

Hee, My Ji Yuan is a girl! It's hard for others to guess why a little girl would love green instead of pink and pastels but she really is one of a kind.

Oooops! Sorry my mistake :P I think the sweater should be nice on your daughter too. Green was my favorite color as well, when I was little. LOL So Ji Yuan and I have something in common. ;)
